The chance for isolated showers continues through Tuesday morning. KGO-TV – The Best of KGO-TV It’s important to note that this won’t end the fire season – it’s more likely to slow it down. Both September 2017 and 2019 had hot weather in early September followed by rain in the middle of the month. Fast forward to October 2017 and 2019, the Wine Country and Kincade Fires started respectively.
