A female officer and a male officer were stabbed in the Leicester Square area of London on Friday. The female officer suffered life-changing injuries after being stabbed in the arm and has been released from hospital. The male officer who was stabbed three times in the neck and once in the chest remains under medical observation, the Met said. A police coroner examines the area in Leicester Square, London Credit: PA Mohammed Rahman, 24, of Westbourne Park Road in west London, has been charged with attempted murder and grievous bodily harm with intent. He was also charged with assault and two counts of threatening a person in a public place with a knife. Those charges involve three other police officers. A case was filed against him for robbery and possession of a knife. Rahman will appear at Wimbledon Magistrates’ Court on Monday.
