Traffic broadcast by Oklahoma’s CBS affiliate KWTV captured the incident, which happened on I-40 near Mustang Road in the western suburbs of Oklahoma City. A semi-truck overturned after colliding with another vehicle, leaving hundreds of cans of vibrators and lubricants strewn across the highway. According to Newsweek, the Oklahoma City Police Department confirmed that the semi truck had spilled “toys” on the freeway, although no further details were released. The freak accident resulted in an awkward exchange between KWTV anchor Lacey Lowery and the station’s helicopter pilot Jim Gardner. “This is a half that got knocked over and lost its charge here,” Gardner Lowery said. “There are a lot of things to clean up.” Lowery asked, “Jim, can you tell what he’s carrying there? What’s on the road?’ Gardner paused before answering, “Not really. Maybe you can tell. I can’t say…There’s a lot of stuff in the way…Whatever it is, it’s going to take some time to clear.” Fortunately, there were no injuries in the accident. Several lanes of the highway were closed while authorities worked to clean up the mess.
