While Holness’s statement of condolence may be emotional, he and many Jamaicans look forward to a time when the Caribbean island nation is free of its constitutional monarchy and a day when Britain formally apologizes and makes reparations for the work. One person was killed and two others were injured Friday afternoon in a crash that unfolded as they were pursued by Missouri State Patrol troopers on Interstate 435, police said. The crash happened just after 2 p.m. on I-435 southbound near the Gregory Boulevard exit.
